Nashco is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis for immediate start.

The key activities of the Client Support Officer involve continual client contact, receiving and directing incoming phone enquiries/ emails and attending to walk-in clients.

Confidentiality and professionalism are essential to the role.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Essential

  • Previous experience in a busy multi-functional front-line customer service role
  • Data entry and strong, accurate typing skills
  • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Sound computing skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable

  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
  • Having knowledge of the basics of building construction and products

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all client orders are processed on-time
  • Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
  • Meet individual / team KPI’s
  • Work with customer service team leader to ensure customer promise is being delivered
  • Follow up on dispatch of client orders
  • Meet (and preferably exceed) monthly and quarterly pro-active call handling quotas
  • Respond to customer emails in a professional manner
  • Create and maintain records in database
  • Attend regular team meetings
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies including WHS

General

  • Participate in relevant training and development activities as an effective team member
  • Other duties consistent with the position where required and/or requested by management from time to time
